DUPLICATE: Header settings override nestable nav/dropdown settings

Hi bricks team,

If we use the dropdown element in the nav nestable in the header, the transition option is broken and can be controlled from the header settings > transition control.

while, if we remove the dropdown from the nav nestable and use it independently in the header, this problem will no longer occur.

The problem is that if I set a transition for the header as shown in the image below, all icon transitions in the dropdown elements inside the header will work accordingly.
