DUPLICATE: Form checkboxes and submit not working in Popup

I have a Form Module/Block which is shown within a popup. The Popup is triggered on click of an element based on class. I am able to interact with form fields and enter text into input fields however the checkboxes and the submit button do not work. I am also unable to press enter to submit. The form works when previewing the template just not on the page it is displayed. There are no apparent console errors related to this

This also happens with other form plugins in the popup

I have managed to get it working however it seems like this should just work.

I had to enable run only once for the interaction for some reason!
