I’m right now testing the security patched release and the new filter search. Before I decided on the main product loop for the shop archive I saved the very first query loop version in a backup template to get back to it if needed.
With the new filter search enabled, the results show the query and the styling of that inactive backup template and not the one where the filter search element sits in which is the shop archive template… Turns out both version 1 and the final version share the same IDs and element naming. They are not global elements. One would assume coping the query loop into a new template would give it new IDs and the query element name would only be used for the active template where the filter element sits in. This backup template was made prior to 1.9.1.

The problem itself has nothing to do with the new filter feature, but has already been reported and we’re still working on it: DUPLICATE: Same IDs in elements when duplicating a template - #2 by timmse
