DUPLICATE: Error applying styles to Woo notices

The style settings for Woo notices are not applied. Element styles and global styles do not work. For elements, only the application of common styles from the Style tab is triggered.

Hi @parktechno & @robert_looplabs ,

We are aware of the issue as WooCommerce just changed again the WooCommerce notices to old version.
