DUPLICATE: Custom breakpoins mobile-first, importing classes or parsing CSS goes to desktop breakpoint

When using a mobile-first approach, importing classes or parsing CSS sets value in the desktop breakpoint rather than the set base breakpoint.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set mobile as the base breakpoint
  2. Import Classes OR parse the CSS Framework tool
  3. Once parsed and added, they will be set as in the desktop breakpoint instead
