DUPLICATE: CSS Gets Duplicated on output when using class

The site is set to Externalize CSS however, it will inline css if the styles are on a class and externalize the css if it is on the ID. Also if i use a class the CSS is doubling up in the inline styles. See video above.

I was about to create a report on the exact same issue. I hope it gets fixed in the next update
