Hi,

First, thank you for this amazing builder, it made my life so easier. For the tag, I didn’t have a choice to enter v2-2 but I’m using the latest Bricks 2.3.

As mentionned in 2022 by the user creatiwdk in a post the was marked as solved because it concerned another bug on the carousel, the “spacing” value isn’t responsive and is changed to whatever value you put into when you change devices.

Have you planned to correct this bug?

Thanks,

Hi,
Welcome to the forum, and thanks so much for your report!

We fixed the lazy loading issue back then – please see my response from that time:

The spacing is added to the carousel and slider elements via JavaScript, which makes it more complicated to implement. However, we now have a third slider element, the nestable slider, which uses a CSS setting for spacing instead.

The task regarding responsive spacing for carousels/sliders still exists—however, as far as I can tell, we haven’t received any further reports on this since then, so there doesn’t seem to be much demand for it, especially since there’s the nestable slider, which gives you significantly more options than the other two slider elements.

I’d be happy to add your report to the existing task, but I’d generally recommend using the nestable slider.

Best regards,
