DUPLICATE: Builder Memory Issue

Browser: 137.0.7151.69
OS: macOS
WP: 6.8.1
PHP: 8.2.27
Bricks: v2.0-beta

My homepage is triggering the following error message mentioned bellow, when trying to edit the page using the Bricks Builder. I tried disabling all plugins, but it didn’t resolve the issue.

Hello @7r1x_1337 and welcome to the forum .

Is it only happening in the home page? If I understand correctly, you can’t even access Bricks Builder, right?
If that’s the case, please send temporary login credentials to your website and a link to this topic to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase, so we can take a look? If you have a staging website, I would prefer if you can send a link to the staging one, because I would like to install a SQLBuddy to check the database, and identify/remove the content that is causing the issue.

Thanks,
Matej

Hi Matej,

Thank you for the warm welcome :slightly_smiling_face:.

Yes, I can’t access Bricks Builder on my home page, although it loads fine on other pages. I believe this started after I created new component query loop and saved it.

I’ve sent the details you requested to help@bricksbuilder.io. Please let me know if you need any further information.

Thank you for login data @7r1x_1337. Do you remember the name of the component?

I believe that it will be the same issue as described in this topic: WIP: Component crashes after adding the query loop property

Let me know, then I check/fix that component directly

Thank you,
Matej

I believe the component is called “Alumni Card.” Based on your description, I do think I’m experiencing the same issue as outlined in the topic you mentioned.

This was the first component I created that combines both the “toggle” and “query”* properties.

Hello @7r1x_1337,

can you check it now, and check if it fixes the issue? Please do not connect the toggle element with the query loop, until we provide a fix for it in the next version

IF it’s solved, then I’ll lock this topic and mark it as duplicate, but I’ll wait for you to let me know first.

Thank you,
Matej

Hi Matej,

Thank you, I can confirm that disabling the “toggle” property resolves the issue.

I truly appreciate your swift response and support. Thanks again!

Perfect, thank you for confirming. In this case, I’ll mark this topic as duplicate and close it. We will update the original topic, once we release a fix.

Locally it’s already fixed, so it should be available in the next update

Best regards,
Matej
