DUPLICATE: Bricks is slow to load if missing SVG file on page

The page is very slow to load in both the editor and live site if an SVG file that it is referencing is missing. This applies to all versions of Bricks v1.7x

How to replicate:

  1. Build a page and insert SVG files into the page.
  2. Delete the SVG file in media library

Once you delete the SVG file, make sure you clear your cache etc and then try to load the page either using the browser or in the Bricks builder. The page will still load but it takes forever!
