DUPLICATE: Bricks Form Group of Checkbox / Radio Name Attribute Bug

Steps to replicate:

  1. Open a Bricks form and add a checkbox / radio field.
  2. Assign a value to Attribute: Name.
  3. Add an option or two.
  4. Save and view front end code name attribute remains the same: (ie name=“form-field-lmwaru”)
