I have created two popups for Cart updated & Remove from cart and set the display condition for these two to the cart page. When I increase or decrease the number of products on the cart page and then click the update button, there is no problem. But when I remove a product from the cart, both pop-ups are displayed together.
This also happens when we apply or remove a coupon in the cart.
Although showing two popups at the same time is not user friendly at all. But I think having two interactions running at the same time is a natural behavior because when the coupon is applied, the shopping cart is actually updated. The same goes for removing a product from the cart.
But a solution can prevent this problem from occurring, and hopefully its implementation will be reasonable…
I remember there used to be an option in Elementor called “Avoid multiple popups” that would prevent multiple popups from appearing at the same time. When this option was enabled, a new popup would forcefully close the previous one. I think this is a tweak that could help solve this issue.
Elementor had this option in the settings of each popup. It might be better if this option could be controlled globally in bricks.
thank you. This is the same problem (although different steps), as this one:
I’ve updated the internal task to be more general, added your example, and I’ve linked this topic to it as well. Because of this, I’ll close this topic, so we can gather the feedback in the other one.
