DUPLICATE: 2FA not working with custom login

Hi, Bricks custom login isn’t working with 2FA. Bricks version is 1.11.1.1 and the 2FA plugin is this one - WP 2FA – Two-factor authentication for WordPress – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org

I haven’t tested with another 2FA plugin but I guess the outcome would be the same.

When trying to log in, the icon on the button would spin infinitely and here’s the query preview:

The login form stays the same, it doesn’t move, it doesn’t redirect you to a 2FA prompt, nothing happens. Any clues?
