It will be so great if we can add custom fields to woo check out to get additional information about the products
Radio, select, checkbox, text, text area and conditional fields
And map these fields in to the order review

No offence, but personally don’t think this should handle by page builder.
The builder provides a checkout element. Of course it should provide some type of functionality to edit that since woocommerce plugins and code snippets aren’t always 100% compatible with the builder’s implementation of the checkout form.
