Custom Font not take effect

Hi!! i have import 2 custom font syne and Poppins. as woff2.

in setting i disabled google fonts

if I try to set Syne as typography, it has no effect anywhere, and shows a basic SERIF.

I can’t set a title or text with the custom font SYNE in any way, while for poppins I have no problems.

Cache disabled, I also tried incognito, css regeneration done several times. Nothing, I can’t find a solution.

Any link where we can view the issue?
Also which browser are you using to view the website?

I see you are using PhastPress can you try disabling the plugin.
And check if the issue is fixed?

that’s true, I hadn’t thought about it, I deactivated all the plugins, no plugin is active. But it doesn’t work :frowning:

Can’t see the font files in my network tab either so they aren’t being fetched. Can you try and reupload them?

I solved following your suggestion. Copy the site from site A to site B, the file woff2 was imported but in custom font was impossible to ad it in upload field.

I delete all the file, reupload and now all is ok!
