How to center the Logo first and then start the animation in order to avoid this horizontal shift after the animation ends?

Make the div (#brxe-dkleez) containing your animated yellow rectangle (a[link] #brxe-igewbj) a flex box with bricks or custom css and center it with:

display: flex;
flex-wrap: wrap;
justify-content: center;

Then remove the transform: translateX(-50%) from the yellow animated rectangle (a[link] #brxe-igewbj).
