I’m using Bricks contact form but it’s not sending email however I have the confirmation message that the form has been submitted (I’ve turned off my cache plugin).
Has anyone encountered this problem before? Thanks.
Did you setup SMTP for your site? If you haven’t yet done that, please do that and retry.
Thanks for your answer, do I need to use a plugin for this? I’m not used to this maneuver because usually I use a plugin for forms and no configuration is required.
Yes if you use Bricks form.
Just install an SMTP plugin by WPBeginner, and then do the configuration, your form should work when you receive the test email(during the setup).
