Conditon if block dont have data - HIDE

Hi!

1. I have a CPT, with social link, what can customer fill manually in admin (1. img)
2. I make a single post template, you can see my structure (2. img)
3. I want to add a condition:

• IF the URL > Text link dont have any data
• HIDE all of Social Link Block
