keep your checkout pages and workflow default
like when you install woocommerce first time some pages get generated KEEP THEM DEFAULT
after that install and test your plugins
this is woocommerce knowledge in most cases for frontend woocommerce checkout or cart if you change stuff too much some of the addons and plugins wont work properly…
on your case it maybe this or you just missed some setup steps READ your plugins docs as well

The Colissimo documentation explains that unless you have opened an account with them and entered your API key, the card will not be displayed.
