Cloudways or DigitalOcean Users - Issue with blacklists?

Hey Bricks Fam,

Not related to Bricks but since Cloudways is a popular hosting provider - Found a fascinating issue with DigitalOcean today after our client called saying they are on a spam blacklist. This prompted me to dig in online and found this out…

Summary, large blocks of DigitalOcean’s IPs are listed on SPAMHAUS’s blacklist level3 which can cause issues for any email marketing and spam filters. Seems this has been a known issue which requires DO to either remedy on their end or require DO customers to buy dedicated IPs or pay off the blacklist org.

Anyone else come across this?
