Clarification Needed: When to Use Templates vs. Pages in Bricks Builder

Hi Bricks Community,

I’m building a website that focuses on trainers, allowing them to register, create, and manage their profiles. The site includes various pages such as registration, login, user profile, and a dashboard for managing their trainer profile(I created a trainer post to have all the details there). After that, all the trainer’s details will shown on a page with a loop of all the posts (create custom posts and use acf). So there I will show all the trainers’ profiles with all the extra details in the acf with filtering etc. and clicking on each trainer will go to his profile and contact details etc…

I’m a bit confused about when to use templates versus building pages directly in Bricks Builder. Since each page on my site will have different content, I’m unsure if I should use templates for these or create them as individual pages.

Could you help clarify:

  1. When is it best to use templates?
  2. When should I build pages directly without templates?
  3. How can I maintain design consistency across different pages
  4. For pages with unique content, should I still use templates?

I appreciate any guidance to help me set up my project efficiently.

Thanks in advance!
