Changing the behavior of the dropdown content (z-index)

Hi

If you see here, in the bottom dropdown, when the dropdown is opened, the content moves from the top of the dropdown to open. But how to change the behavior so that the content moves below the dropdown?

I tried to do it using z-index but it didn’t work.

Same here… This is quite a strange behavior, especially for mobile menu
