Changes are not displayed in the builder

See this in the bricks builder:

When I change a property or padding in the builder, the changed are not displayed in the builder,.
It is even showing an old picture.

What could be the issue? No caching plugins installed
NGINX server.

I see the problem, I set breakpoints to mobile first. Was the first time using this. So that is why the changes where diaplyed differantly
