Can't scroll through the page

Today I started to implement a new site and encountered a problem that never occurred before. The issue is that I can’t scroll through the content of the site. I suspect this may have something to do with the latest version of Bricks Builder 1.12.1.

So far, I have tried to eliminate the problem by disabling all plugins and by disabling headre/footer. On the site, there is no additional custom code.

Could someone please take a look at this problem ?
