There is a lot of transitory information posted in the community Facebook group. Finding that wisdom is nearly impossible once it is pushed down the stack.
The Wiki model, which can allow anyone to provide information, might be one method to making this information more accessible. It provides 3 things: an organizational framework, a low friction method for providing information, and a more logical way to find and organize related information.
I completely agree, especially considering that even the information in the Academy is not well organized (as an intro there is an hour-long video that is almost 3 years old).
So, as a non-facebook user, the only way to find a solution to trivial problems remains this forum.
Please consider investing more resources not only in development but also in organizing documentation. Perhaps that is the one aspect on which you should take hints from elemntor
