Bricks style 'Ideas Board' on my website

Perhaps one for the Bricks team … but was wondering if anyone know if the ideas board at Ideas – Bricks is a Wordpress plugin, or a custom build?

I’d like an ideas board on my website and the Bricks team’s implementation is very neat.

Does anyone know of a good plugin or 3rd party system - ideally at a fairly low cost. Idea Push seems to be okay.
