I made a small free plugin for Bricks forms that adds a country flag and dial-code dropdown to telephone fields.

It supports:

  • Country flags

  • Separate dial codes

  • Favorite countries

  • Default country setting

  • Hide/show flags option

  • International phone number formatting before submit
