Best Way to Add a 100-Page Report to My WordPress Site with Navigable TOC

Hello everyone,

Just looking for a high level view answer for the following.

I have a 100-page report in PDF format that I want to add to my site. The report is divided into 10 main chapters, each with about 10 subchapters. I would like to create a post or page for each subchapter to make the content easily accessible and navigable.

Here’s what I’m aiming for:

1. Each subchapter should be a separate post or page.
2. A table of contents (TOC) or index should be on the left side of each page, allowing users to navigate through the chapters and subchapters easily.
3. I have ACF Pro, which might be relevant for setting this up.

What would be the best way to achieve this using WordPress and Bricks Page Builder? Any advice on how to set up the TOC, organize the content, and ensure everything is user-friendly would be greatly appreciated. I don’t need exact details, but just hoping to be pointed in the right direction.
