Allow Users with "Edit Content" capabilities to change SEO page settings

Hi all :slight_smile:

I was excited to see that Bricks has its own SEO settings per page. Then I found out, that users (my client) with “Edit Content” capabilities cannot access these settings, because they are in the page settings area. :confused: Unfortunate in my opinion. I would love to see some improvements to the user role “Edit Content” role in general. It has been neglected a bit IMO.
