If you have a locked class that has css and you need to view/copy it, you cannot expand the css panel without unlocking the class. You then have to remember to re-lock the class before you make any other changes to the page and save.
It would also be good with locked classes to be able to view and copy other values, for example a padding value that is too wide to fit in the padding field.
