How add link to “edit comment” like in default wordpress - https://i.imgur.com/znNWoJE.png ?

I can insert “https://site.com/wp-admin/comment.php?action=editcomment&c=” . $ID_comment
directly in bricks/includes/elements/post-comments.php … but dont undarstan where to insert the link - code
