It appears that in the Query Loop terms are currently spit out in alphabetical order, irrespective of parent/child relationship, and separated by commas only.
I would like to do something like this:
{POST TITLE}
{Parent_Term} > {Child_Term}
I think the most straightforward way to do this would be add a dynamic data filter for terms that is based on parent or child status of the term.
