Add "Edit in place" Feature. to edit templates without need to go out of current page

Hi
Please Add “Edit in place” Feature.
So we can edit templates without need to go out of current page like editing header, footer.

(and also some add-on’s templates like BricksUltimate ajax search option that needs a temaplate for the dropdown search results. (I mean also other addon developers can implement it to their products then.))
