Add a spam protection with a field

Dear community
Is there any way to add to one form contact one field to prevent spam? I am thinking about adding a text field with a question as a simple equation (for example 2 + 3) and the user puts the answer. If this is correct, the form will send the message. I know there are services like Google reCaptcha V3, hCaptcha, or Cloudflare Turnstile but I wanted to try this option. Is this something possible? How would you do?
