I put together a small template based on Relume’s Application Shell. I have a couple of membership sites I could have used this for. You can see it here: https://templates.digisavvy.net/temp…/application-shell-2/ - you can copy the template code free. No sign up. It does use ACSS and Bricks extras for one element. You could quickly adapt the template without those. Posted this over on the FB group, so apologies for the cross-posting.
