My previous website was also made with bricks but I wanted something simpler yet more powerful. I just updated my website as fashion and corporate photographer and I wanted to do something that ressembles to what format.com can do with more flexibility and of course on Bricks.

The part where it took me some time is on the horizontal scrolling individual gallery page. I wanted to recreate something that other creatives make with format but not really available on bricks. Plus I wanted to be able to add video files among photos and also add a slide where I can give a list of contributing staffs. You can see it on this page for example.
How did you make it? Custom code?
Yes. Custom JS/CSS. I would be lying if I tell you that I didn’t get any outside help. :-p But it was so worth it.
Nice site! I too have been working on a horizontal site. Essentially a single-page with 100vh category sections…that scroll sideways to reveal client projects…with lightbox/modal for client gallery.
1 thing i noticed on your site…i change the language to English, but after clicking within a section and then going back to the nav, it was french. Of course, on your site not a big deal…not alot of text.
None the less, nice work and great photography!
