Simple one, but I find myself often using the ‘Link opposites’ option when setting padding/margin/borders etc. This is great, but if I later want to change an individual one (say, only the left one), I have to cycle through the ‘Link all sides’, which overwrites the existing stuff. It’s a bit annoying having to then rewrite the overwritten values, especially when they’re pretty complex.

If my memory serves me correctly, we introduced this feature in Bricks 1.7.1 (about 3 years ago)—so better late feedback than none at all 
We’ll see how we can improve this in one of the upcoming versions 
I swear it’s activating on its own now, it didn’t use to.
This is probably due to this setting: Bricks » Builder » Controls, you probably want to disable:

Great to hear! If we can unlink with by holding ctrl/cmg and clicking on link icon it would solve it quite good.
