When adding a text link in de rich text widget it is not possible to check the little box (isn’t visible at all) to open in a new window. See the link ‘no-riskpolis’ (all the others with underlinement on that page aren’t linked yet).
The link popup seems actually totally messed-up and even with fixing the label width in link popup, the target is still hidden:
Search input field is hidden too.
@timmse, this is MAJOR, defining links in rich text is needed, and target option as well.
