WIP: Responsive support for Offcanvas direction control (Suitable for Mini cart in Bricks 2.4)

Hello bricks team,

Currently, the Direction Control in the Offcanvas element does not support responsive mode. For instance, I have a mini-cart that opens from the right on desktop, but I want it to open from the bottom on mobile, since the offcanvas spans the full width.

I hope that if you see this feature request, you will consider implementing it in version 2.4, if possible.
