WIP: Insert layouts popup opens offscreen

URL: Local page

When I click “Insert layout” button and I am creating new Footer template, the popup opens off screen.

(The blue-grey-something line at the bottom is windows 10 taskbar and is not part of builder or website)

It’s the same with 1.4RC2.

Thanks so much for your report!

The issue has already been reported here: WIP: Footer: Add element modal is outside the screen

Unfortunately, the fix didn’t make it into the RC2.
