I have a simple Bricks block enabled for Gutenberg. When you try to edit the rich text (in Gutenberg) and add a link editing palette (popup?) is either partially hidden off the right side of the screen or it appears in the middle of main editing window, depending on the position of the test you are trying to add the to.
When link is at or close to the left hand border (Screencap doesn’t quite show it, but the cutoff on the right side is edge of the browser window. )
When link is further away from left hand border: (highlighted text in the editor on the right is where the link is, palette is off in the middle of the main editing window over unrelated text)
