WIP: Color control "color value" tooltip

Hi team,

In the new color control UI, the input has a tooltip, unlike other inputs in other controls. Although it’s not a big problem, the tooltip display there seems annoying and displays something that Input already has as a placeholder.

Yeah, the tooltip should probably be good for something—if not, it should be removed :slight_smile:
