SOLVED: Changing Builder Access Level For Admins

Changing the builder access level of an administrator account to “Edit content” changes back to “Full access” after saving the changes. I also noticed that unticking the code execution returned it to the checked state after saving. Is this a bug?

PS. This is not the main admin account.

Is it account with admin capibilities though?

Yes, it’s an Administrator account

Do you have some caching plugins?

No, i just tried on a test environment and the result is same, Watch the video below

Yeah well,

Additional Capibilities are “bricks_edit_content” so it’s set properly.

Anyway it looks like it’s not showing proper settings in dropdown while account has admin capibilities so there is a bug there.

I’ve tried different user roles and it is a bug for admin roles.

Account with admin capibilities still shows and presets default values to account.

If you change those properties after update settings are set correctly but dropdown and checkbox is automatically set to default values.

Hi Emmanuelson,
Thanks so much for your report and thanks Martin for investigating as well!

I was able to reproduce the issue and added it to our bug tracker.
