WAIT: Variables are rendered undefined in the builder

Hi

It seems there is a bug on the builder generated by the woo setup wizard specifically the advanced modules v2? As in my case, the checkout page styling variables are not rendered properly in the builder BUT are working on the front-end.

Other non-woo generated pages (e.g homepage) via the woo setup wizard are working normally.

I’ve tested this both on a local copy and a staging copy of a website but has the same issue.

Bricks version 2.4.2

Hey @carlm,

Thanks for the report. I can see that --at-space--l is undefined in the builder stylesheet shown in your screenshot. Where is that variable defined? Bricks Variables, site CSS, or another plugin?

Can you try with variables defined natively via Bricks variable manager? Does it work then?

Best regards,
Matej

Hi @Matej

Its defined in the variable manager as shown here but is undefined in the builder.

Hi @carlm,

hmm… yeah, this should work in the builder and I can’t replicate it locally. From your screenshot though, I see 11 console errors and maybe they will offer some insights into what could be wrong. Can you check them?

Please also check whether #bricks-inline-css-globalvars exists inside the Builder iframe and contains --section-padding-xxxl. This will help us narrow down where the variable CSS stops loading.

Best regards,
Matej
