In the situation that I will explain below, two bugs will occur for the pagination widget.
1- Ajax does not work in this widget.
2- Pagination widget is not displayed in categories.
Bug reproduction steps
1- Create a post grid using loop and also add a pagination widget for it. Enable Ajax for pagination.
2- Create an export from the previous step.
3- Create an archive page and import the export you created in the previous step.
4- Create the archive condition as follows : Screenshot by Lightshot & Screenshot by Lightshot
5- After that, first enter the blog page. Ajax paging won’t work if you change the page.
6- After that, if you view one of the post categories, the pagination widget will not be displayed.
If you remove the pagination widget (which was in export) and add a new pagination widget, both bugs will be fixed.
I hope you are successful in reproducing this bug. Otherwise let me know and I’ll post a video.
Hey Hosein,
Thanks so much for your report, and sorry for the late reply – the thread has been missed.
I think a video (please with sound/explanations, regardless of your english skills) would be great because the steps to reproduce leave some question marks above my head
Hi again @timmse , Unfortunately, I cannot speak English. But I will try to send a proper video.
In general, the problem is that if we have a pagination widget and also a loop in a container and section, if we create an export from them and import it on another page, after import, the loop pagination widget does not know and unknown id is placed in the Query section of this widget. Also, if, in addition to export, we copy them and paste them on another page, like in the video below, again the pagination widget does not recognize the loop well at first and displays the wrong id. Please see the following video :
As for me, the bug still exist with not showing pagination on categories pages and Woo Products Archive.
Tried importing from CommunityTemplates . Pagination is visible in builder but not on the frontend.
**but it mainly happened when this specific page is picked as shopPage in WooCoomerce settings under ** /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=products§ion > Shop Page
Cannot show any of the widget on woocommerce mainArchive. Don’t even see it in DOM elements.
It’s toggled even to be a mainQuery.
If this is a normal page without being set in WooCom settings it’s fine.
