When selecting SVG element, edit and wrap icons are missing.
Besides, it is impossible to drag the element across canvas to move it.

we are currently adjusting the element actions anyway, so I would set the report to WAIT for now and bookmark it for resubmission. The fact that the SVG element is not draggable is probably a remnant of Sortable JS, which we used before to be able to drag and drop elements. With Sortable JS it was not possible to move SVG elements.
