WAIT: How to change Form ID

I created form in template and then I inserted it to 10 different pages but all of them have same ID

If you use the template/shortcode element to add the form to different pages, the form ID stays the same. If you copy the form manually (right click » copy) and paste it manually on the corresponding pages (right click » paste), it should actually work, because the form gets a new ID

It then renames every form ID the same.

Could it be that you have duplicated the template or the page that contains the form either with a “duplication” plugin, or saved it with a right-click » save as template?
