For your Select property’s “does not contain” option, set the Value to contains_not. You can keep Label as does not contain.
For the other option, use contains as its value. Save the component, reselect the option on the instance, and test the frontend.
If it still fails with contains_not, please share a minimal component export so we can check the property connection.
