I integrated a filter for the taxonomies of the queried posts, so the user can filter the posts by category. The filter shows the categories, but all are grayed out and counting 0. What am i doing wrong?

Unfortunately, I don’t know how to reproduce the problem, and your link returns a 404 error – it’s probably not published yet:
Actually, it should be sufficient to click “Update Filter Index” after adding the filter 
Maybe you could also show and explain your setup and the problem in a short screencast.
