I installed BM CSS theme style first, then imported the Brixies vanilla theme style, and saved it; it is no problem. At this moment, it shows the wrong active styles(in other words, it still shows BM as the active style) (problem 1)
(problem 2) And when I want to switch back to BM CSS, it fails.
Theme Styles become active based on their Conditions for the page you’re editing. Selecting a style in the list opens it for editing; it does not switch the active style.
To test Brixies vanilla, open its Conditions and set it to apply to the page you’re editing. Check BM CSS’s Conditions as well: if both match, Bricks loads only the most specific matching style by default. The Theme Styles guide explains this setup: Theme Styles | Bricks Academy
If you’ve already changed the Conditions and still cannot switch back, please tell us what Conditions each style has and what happens when you try to switch.
Theme styles have their own conditions and are separate from the template conditions. The conditions are needed because you could have multiple theme styles on your site. One theme style could be used for the home page, a second one for blog posts, and a third one for general pages, and with conditions, you can set exactly as you want.
When you just select the theme styles, it will activate it, but only for you to preview changes.
