NO BUG: Bricks / Metabox Custom Post Type Issue

This is a strange new bug that I haven’t seen before. I have created multiple custom post types with metabox AIO 1.20.3 before but never seen this.

I created a new post type called reviews.

And built out and published a couple simple review posts with bricks.
I thought everything was fine but came back today and on the front end, when I try to view the pages I get a 404 error.
eg: https://gw6ajl9dgr-staging.onrocket.site/reviews/resume-writing-review/

When I goto edit one of the pages in bricks, I get an error message

The other one loads fine into the bricks editor but the url is really weird.

I have no idea where it’s getting the /resume-templates_trashed/ from, given the post type is “review”

No issue with any other custom post types

Hey Eric,

thanks for your report.

Please resave your permalinks and see if that fixes your issue.

Best,

André

@aslotta - Thanks for the quick reply.

Weird. That “worked.” The strange permalink thing is gone, no longer 404 errors on the frontend. However, the bricks builder layout that I had made is erased. Not hard to recreate - just annoying

I’ve never seen this type of problem before. Any guesses on what could cause it?

Eric

Thanks @aslotta! I cannot believe this was the issue. Ugh! 3 hours gone… unbillable.

Frickin’ permalinks!
